Core Technology

Aicello services many market segments and product types.  Aicello products are developed from core technologies of solution casting and extrusion.

Our origins started in cellophane production, from which a range of unique products have been developed using casting and blending techniques.  Substituting polyvinyl alcohol for cellophane, we manufacturer VINYLON textile and SOLUBLON® water soluble films.  Methyl cellulose casting produces Film Soap.  Chitosan casting and blending produce a biodegradable film, DOLON CC.

In film extrusion, specialty blending produces BOSELON® VCI film and SUZULON L sealant films.  Adding clean rooms in 1985, we begin to supply HYPERCLEAN™ PE films and CleanContainers, currently with six class 100 through 10,000 clean rooms.

Our work in the semiconductor industry demands precision from us.  The automotive industry requires supply reliability.  SOLUBLON® adds imagination to confidently strive into new markets.
